For many Hispanic individuals in the Central Valley, the support of family needs come first, even if it means being stuck in employment with limited earning potential. West Hills College asked us to create a brand campaign targeted to family decision-makers that communicates that it’s possible to honor one’s elders and still have time to get the education needed for a better career. The result was increased enrollment and an Emmy award for a story well told.
