We pivoted to create a campaign that made the most of the situation, asking the question, “is it new, or isn’t it?” By elevating the message that a Certified Pre-Owned is the next best thing to new, sales started flowing and lots of customers drove home happy to fulfill their dream of a Mercedes-Benz.
